RapidShare releases RapidDrive 1.0 for Windows

RapidShare was known for quick file sharing website which was popular amongst pirates. The site has now transformed itself into a cloud storage company with the release of RapidDrive 1.0 for Windows. It's a free application that integrates a RapidDrive account seamlessly into the Microsoft Windows file system and makes the cloud storage appear as a regular hard drive. You can manage your files and folders directly in the Windows Explorer as you normally would if you had saved them on your computer.

The main drawback of RapidDrive is that it provides only 1 GB of free cloud storage where as Dropbox, SkyDrive and Google Drive which are already well established in the cloud storage market provide free space up to 7 GB.
