IE10 Automatic Update Blocker Toolkit has “no expiration date and is configured either by running the registry file on the client machine or by deploying Group Policy in domain joined environments. The toolkit also provides an unblock procedure that allows IE10 to be installed through Automatic Update. “
If you’ve already installed IE10 Release Preview then installing this toolkit won’t affect updates and security fixes for it. You can manually download and install IE10 on your Computer which IE10 Automatic Update blocker toolkit doesn’t blocks.

If you’ve already used IE9 blocker toolkit to prevent IE9 from being offered as an update, then you need to install IE10 blocker toolkit as well to prevent both IE9 and IE10 from offered via automatic updates.
