Nokia Music App For Windows 8

Smartphone users who own Windows Phone powered devices have been enjoying the Nokia Music service for a while now with the help of official Nokia Music app. The premium music service from Nokia can now be enjoyed on your Windows 8 as well using Nokia Music app.
Nokia just announced that Nokia Music app will be available for US-based Windows 8 and Windows 8 RT users beginning today. As promised earlier this year, Nokia has just released its dedicated Music service app for Windows 8 and Windows RT, and is now available in the official Windows Store.

Computer users who are running Windows 8 can now install the official app and start listening to millions of songs from all over the world. The interface of the app is similar to app available for Windows Phone 8 and packs-in most of the features available in the smartphone app.
When you install and launch the app for the first time, you will see “You’re listening to 30-second samples. Start your free trial of Nokia Music+ to get full songs and more” message on the upper side of the screen. Click or tap Begin free trial button to start exploring Nokia Music+.
Subscribing to Nokia Music+ gives you unlimited song skips, high audio quality, play mixes on any modern web browser, unlimited offline mixes, and synchronised lyrics when available. Interested users can go for the 7 day free trial before subscribing to Nokia Music+.
Nokia account holders who already have a Nokia Music+ subscription on smartphones can enter username and password to start using the free trial. However, if you don’t have a Nokia account, then need to register with Nokia to create an account.

Please note that with default settings Nokia Music app collects information about your computer and service use to improve Nokia products and to provide you with more relevant content. If you would like to stop Nokia Music app from collecting above mentioned information, open up Charms bar, click or tap Settings charm, click or tap Options and then turn off Collect information option.
It seems right now Nokia Music app is available for Windows 8 users residing in the U.S, Australia, Ireland, and the U.k. However, you can install the app by changing your location to the U.S in Region and Language settings under Control Panel.

Visit the Store link to see the full list of features present in this version of Music app and install the app.
